Users of our negeri4d platform ask about account setup, identity verification, payment methods, game rules, and account security. This FAQ page answers the most common questions we receive. It addresses account registration, payment deposits and withdrawals, game rules for football and live-dealer tables, and account security practices. Account and registration

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on negeri4d requires two items: (1) a government-issued photo ID (such as a KTP, passport, or driving licence) and (2) a selfie photograph taken with the ID in frame. The selfie must be clear, well-lit, and show your face and the ID document together.

Upload both items via the Account section of negeri4d after you create your account. We review KYC submissions within one business day during business hours. Once approved, you can deposit and withdraw funds. If your submission is declined, you will receive a message explaining why (for example, if the ID is expired or the selfie is blurry); you can resubmit a corrected version.

On the Member login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address associated with your negeri4d account. We will send a password-reset email to that address within a few minutes.

Open the email and click the reset link. You will be directed to a page where you can set a new password. Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols. Once you save your new password, return to the login page and sign in with your username and new password.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact our support team via the Help section on negeri4d and provide your username or email address. We will assist with account recovery.

On negeri4d, you can adjust account preferences in the Account Settings section. Options include your registered email, mobile number, password, and notification settings. You can also manage your connected payment methods (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account).

To pause account activity temporarily, contact our support team via the Help section. We can disable your account for a set period (for example, 30 days) or until you contact us to reactivate it. During the pause, you cannot deposit, withdraw, or place activity, but your account balance remains in your account.

To close your account permanently, contact support. We will settle any remaining balance to your registered payment method within one to three business days.

Payments and transactions

Yes. We support bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. When you select "Bank Transfer" as your deposit method on negeri4d, you will be given a virtual account number tied to your negeri4d account. You can transfer funds from your bank account using that virtual account number.

Transfer times depend on your bank and the time of day. Transfers during business hours (roughly 08:00–17:00 Jakarta time, Monday–Friday) are typically credited within one to two hours. Transfers outside business hours may take longer. Weekend and holiday transfers (such as during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha) may be processed the next business day.

We also accept deposits via e-wallet channels: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking. E-wallet transfers are usually faster than bank transfers and are credited within minutes.

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, check your negeri4d account Activity section to see the transaction status. Incomplete transactions may show as "Pending" or "Failed." If a deposit was taken from your bank or e-wallet (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) but not credited to negeri4d within a few hours, contact support via the Help section with your transaction ID or bank reference number.

Our support team will investigate and either process the deposit manually or arrange a refund to your payment method. This typically takes one to three business days. For withdrawals, if a withdrawal is cancelled or fails, the funds are returned to your negeri4d balance within one business day.

Bank transfers and e-wallet transfers occasionally fail due to network issues or incorrect details. Always verify the virtual account number or e-wallet ID before sending funds.

We do not provide a direct email address for general inquiries. Instead, use the Help section on your negeri4d account to contact our support team. When you submit a Help request, it is assigned a ticket number. You will receive email updates about your ticket status to the email address registered on your negeri4d account.

Support is available in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Response times are typically one to two business hours during business hours (roughly 09:00–17:00 Jakarta time, Monday–Friday). Outside business hours and on weekends, your inquiry will be queued and answered the next business day.

For urgent account security issues (such as unauthorized login attempts), submit a Help request immediately with "Security Alert" in the subject line. We prioritize these requests and respond as quickly as possible.

Game rules and markets

Before your first session on negeri4d, read our Terms & Conditions page. It covers account eligibility, deposit and withdrawal rules, settlement rules for football markets and live-dealer games, and our dispute resolution process. You agree to these terms when you open your account.

For football betting, understand the settlement rules: a match winner market settles based on the official result at the end of regular time (not including extra time or penalties, unless specified). Goal markets and handicap markets have their own rules. These are detailed in the Terms & Conditions and in the rules section for each market on the platform.

For live-dealer tables and slots, read the game rules available on each game page. These explain how payouts work, what card hands qualify, and what happens in case of a tie. Our jurisdiction notice explains that our service is available only where local law permits—read it to confirm compliance with your local law.

negeri4d does not currently operate a formal loyalty tier programme. However, we occasionally offer promotions and special offers to active account holders. Check the Promotions section on the platform to see current offers. These may include deposit bonuses, cashback on specific markets, or bonus credits for new games.

Promotions often have eligibility requirements (such as minimum account age, verification status, or activity volume). Read the terms for each promotion to understand the conditions. Bonuses are typically credited immediately after you meet the requirements, but some are credited after verification by our team (which may take one to two business days).

To stay informed about upcoming promotions, ensure your email and notification settings are enabled in your Account Preferences on negeri4d. We send promotional emails on a regular schedule, especially around major tournaments such as Piala AFF and Piala Indonesia.

Security and account care

Use a strong, unique password for your negeri4d account. Never share your password, username, or KYC documents with anyone. We will never ask for your password via email or Support.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Account Settings if available. This adds a second security layer: after you log in with your password, you receive a one-time code via email or SMS that you must enter to access your account. If someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the 2FA code.

Log out when you finish your session, especially on shared devices. Change your password regularly (at least every 90 days). If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support via the Help section. Do not wait—unauthorized access can lead to unauthorized withdrawals or account closure.
